San’s 11 plus years of rich experience and when we transitioned into running 4 branches it requires training and workshop to enhance our work force our students and our parent t community.

We provide workshop to reinforce our mission of education with a difference to meet our impeccable standards of our vision and mission.

In San Academy workshop help us to build one of the largest networks of innovative schools that empowers children to maximize their potential and that influences systemic reform. As we continue to strengthen our schools and deepen our impact, we have taken a critical look at how we can develop 21st century knowledge, skills, and values in our children. This helped us to craft a Student Vision framework that envisions all San students to graduate with a sense of Mastery, Autonomy, and Purpose, empowered with essential knowledge and skills like critical thinking, creativity, collaboration and communication with a deep focus on our core values.

Workshop for teachers helps us to focus on our aim to build a stronger organization culture during this time of change that is inclusive, transparent and empowering. We believe that our values will form the foundation for us to work towards the ambitious goals we have in front of us, enjoy the process, take pride in our achievements and innovate for the future thereby creating a great student community.

Our teachers constantly strive to stay updated by attending workshops & various training Programs.

Our teachers successfully completed their up gradation courses under the National Institute of Open schooling in flying colours adding more substance and value to their existing skill sets and know-how.

Every month our teachers do attend resourceful workshops and training by experts on various aspects of educations and development in terms of tools and techniques of learning ,guiding and teaching students in this era of technology which is the most important need of the hour.

Workshop for students is to propel their imagination to make them look beyond the dimension of learning in a regular classroom to help them gain mastery over greater elements of learning to tap their latent talent.

We value our parents and we love to provide them all the prerequisites to help them learn and teach their Childs need s. Bringing schools and parents together improves academic and social success for children. With the skills and strategies learned during the workshops, parents can help children grow in confidence and resilience. We show parents how to get children to cooperate more, to communicate more, to try new things and to persevere – as well as how to do well academically and socially. Parents learn how to support children in academic, artistic and sporting endeavors - without placing undue pressure on the children. After the workshops wrap up, parents often get in touch with us and we enjoy hearing about different successes in school, new friendships and improvements to family life.
